Hi all! We’re hoping to rescue a tortoise from UK (we live in Ireland). I am not buying him, just rescuing. The tortoise is a hermann 30yr+. He doesn’t have any paperwork. How do I go about this? Can I still apply for an article 10 if he’s never had one? Do I need one as I don’t want to breed . Plea...
