Pebbles. F. Leopard. West Sussex.

Post by lin » 22 Oct 2024, 23:17

Pebbles, a lovely male Leopard tortoise of almost 20 years is from Worthing, West Sussex and in need of a loving and caring home with someone to give him the devotion he is used to, to see him through the next part of his long journey. Pebbles is one of two brothers and is of an age where he is fighting and trying to gain dominance over his brother to the degree where they are having to be separated to avoid injury. In short Pebbles needs his own area and the owner doesn’t have the space to give him his own outdoor heated and secure enclosure and outdoor area away from his brother.

For information Pebbles weighs over 3 kilos, he’s 10.5ins long and although quite small, he’s healthy, confident and not shy of humans. He was bred in UK and been with the same owner since
If you would like to apply for Pebbles then please contact hyamsl@yahoo.co.uk with ‘Rehome Pebbles’ as the subject and introduce yourself, let the owner know what you have to offer, the inside and outside accommodation, and any photos you might have to show any other tortoises and their enclosures.
If you don’t hear anything in a day or two resend and let me know on here so that I can let the owner know to contact you.
Remember that species cannot be mixed and quarantine period should be followed.
Good luck to you all and keep me posted.

Pebbles is adorable and seems very healthy! Hopefully he will find a new home with his own space and lots of care soon.
