I just started taking care of turtles and I have a question, is it normal for my 1 month old turtle to sleep most of the day and barely eat anything?

Are you looking after turtles that live in the water or live on the land (ones that live on the land are called tortoises). Can you tell us something about your set-up (maybe post photos)?
